Each year, our annual exhibition offers a wonderful opportunity to share our passion for art with the local community, and this year’s event was no exception.
Held at the Garioch Heritage Centre in Inverurie, the exhibition showcased a diverse collection of artwork created by members of our art group. Visitors enjoyed a wide range of subjects and styles, from beautiful local landscapes and wildlife paintings to pet portraits and carefully composed still life studies.
One of the things that makes our exhibition particularly special is that it is staffed by the artists themselves throughout the event. This creates a unique opportunity for visitors to chat directly with the people behind the artwork, learn about different artistic techniques, ask questions about the creative process, and discover what our members have been exploring and learning in their own artistic journeys.
We are incredibly fortunate to have such enthusiastic support from our local community. A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who took the time to visit the exhibition, browse the artwork, and spend time talking with our artists. Your encouragement, interest, and kind feedback mean a great deal to us.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the hardworking team at the Garioch Heritage Centre for looking after us so well and helping to make the exhibition such an enjoyable experience each year.
The support we receive from visitors never fails to inspire us. Seeing people connect with our artwork and hearing their stories and responses gives our artists a tremendous boost and encourages us to keep creating, learning, and sharing our work.
We look forward to welcoming you again at future exhibitions and continuing to celebrate the creativity and artistic talent within our community.
